Abecedarian

by Kenny Blacklock

A moon lit tower,
Bends the stubborn heart,
Checked by nothing, it
Delights in
Each pebble, each leaf, each
Flower, a
Glance that strays, or a
Horn so bright,
Listen!
Just be
Kind to all sentient life and stay alert, search for
Limbs so light, for they may
Melt the frozen heart, and remember
Nothing is too small, you see,
Our mind is like a river,
Pay attention, or
Quietly pursue,
Rest and recreation, or resolve to
Seek out the remarkable,
Think!
Understanding and love, can you learn to
Value this beyond all?
What is in your heart this morning?
XX OO XX
YES
ZZZZZZ
